Do I Register With JobSearch ?
You can register with
us by filling out a short registration form. Click
here to go to “Recruiter Registration Page”.
Do I Post a Job Advert ?
Once you have registered
and been given your personal “Login” access
details for the “Recruiter Control Panel”
you will then need to read the “Media Pack”
and complete a “Booking Form” for how many
job adverts you wish to purchase. Once your payment plan
has been authorized placing a job advert is very straight
Just Click on the “Add Jobs” Link on the main
Fill in all required details which are marked with “
* ” and all other fields which you think are helpful
for your job advert. Then press the “Add”
button and your job advert will be listed within 1-2 hours
during the working day.

Do I Make Payments ?
Payments can be made
either by: credit card, bank /credit card standing order
or by chaps payment.

If you can't log in
or are receiving an error:
• you should first verify that you are using the
correct Username and Password
• Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive so
be sure you are using the correct information
• Make sure you are trying to log in to the Recruiter

Will My User Profile Be Displayed ?
When you post a job
advert some information from your User profile will be
displayed in the job advert.
Do I Add A Logo To My Job Advert ?
The Logo you upload
to your recruiter profile will be added automatically
to each job advert. This Logo will be visible on the view
job page for each job
I Add Screening Questions To My Job Advert ?
Yes, you can add up
to 5 pre-screening questions to a job advert.
I Post An International Job ?
Not yet. You can only
post jobs adverts for jobs in UK for the moment.
Can I Find An Old Job Posting?
You can use the “Search
Jobs” facility in the Recruiter Control Panel to
find the jobs that you have posted in previous weeks/months.
I Edit My Job Posting ?
No. It is not possible
for recruiters to edit a job advert once it has been posted.
Should you require any changes to be made to your job
postings, please send an email to our JobSearch Webmaster
at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing (i) your company
name (ii) the individual job reference number (iii) your
job advert changes.
Do I Change My Company Name Or Information?
You can update company
name, contact details, password, logo, contact person,
telephone or address details by clicking on to the “Edit
Profile” facility of the Recruiter Control Panel.
Long Will My Job Postings Be Displayed On JobSearch ?
Your job posting will
be displayed on JobSearch for a maximum of 60 days or
less if you notify us by email to email@example.com
- that your vacancy has been filled. Alternatively you
can specify an expiry date for your job advert on your
Will I Receive The Applications To My Job Adverts ?
You will receive an
email to the email address you specify in your job advert
from our Job Applying System with a CV attached. Applicants
will also have the facility to add a covering letter.
